This is a mix between a 16 step sequencer and and a multi-band filter arranged into a 16×10 time-frequency grid. One can change the level of each step or each band independently as well as setting 4 predefined levels to each time-frequency cell.

It’s been a while since I first started working on this plugin, and I didn’t really found the time to finish it, but in the meantime, if you’re on Mac you can try it.
